The staff at Roof Management Consultants, Inc. provides over 165 years of roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope experience and includes a Registered Architect. This background creates a solid base of knowledge for effective examination, evaluation, and management of our clients roofing and building assets. We are also nationally certified EIFS (CEI) inspectors, and perform onsite roof uplift testing for compliance to Factory Mutual Data sheets 1-52 and 1-28.
