Charlie Beck was 10 years old when his dad, Ernest decided it was time to give customers the quality they deserved. From working with his dad after school and on weekends, he learned how to give the best service possible to those looking for their re-roofing needs. Except for his time in college and in the Army, Charlie learned the skills of a professional roofer, as well as an accomplished administrator and estimator. He is not about high pressure sales, but rather he genuinely takes an interest in everyone he meets and wants to give them the best value possible. Charlie & his wife Mary took over the operations of Beck Roofing in 1973. In 2001, their son Brian graduated from Cal Poly and become the third generation of the company

Starting in 1957 and with one employee, Ernest Beck founded Beck Roofing Company with the confidence that people would be interested in quality workmanship. Beck Roofing Company has been known and respected throughout the Bay Area roofing industry since that time. In 1973, Ernie’s son and daughter in law, Charlie & Mary, have maintained the same quality and customer satisfaction that Ernie started almost 60 years ago. They, and their son Brian continue to run the company with the same traditional values that people expect. Over the years, some of our methods and material have changed, but our service to our customers will never change. Now and in the future, you can depend that there will be a Beck to stand behind your roofing needs.
